CNC Turning

Shafts, rings and flanges made to your drawing. Send the dimensions and requirements for a manufacturing review.

Parts designed to work in a specific assembly

The goal is not simply to turn material on a lathe. The goal is a part that fits its intended function, matches the drawing, and can be produced again in a later batch.

You send a drawing or 3D model. We evaluate how a rotationally symmetrical part can be manufactured — considering geometry, material, quantity, and technical requirements.

The result should be usable in your product or assembly — not just a formally completed machining task.

Mark diameters, threads, grooves and critical transitions. Include any flats or cross holes the part needs on the drawing.

If your part is a shaft, bushing, flange, or another cylindrical component, this section helps you judge whether the project is similar.

Photographs show parts made by CNC Experts. Each new order is reviewed against its drawing and requirements.

What we need to prepare an accurate quote

The clearer your requirements, the more accurately we can evaluate manufacturing and prepare a grounded offer.

  • Geometry

Diameters, lengths, grooves, and transitions define how the part can be made and how carefully preparation must be planned.

  • Material

Material affects the machining approach, tooling, and cost — we confirm it when preparing the quote.

  • Quantity

Quantity influences how setup effort is distributed across the production batch and the unit economics.

  • Tolerances

Critical dimensions can require additional machining and inspection effort — better known before the quote.

  • Surface requirements

Roughness and visible faces can affect machining and finishing steps.

  • Additional operations

Milling, drilling, or other secondary work affects both the process and the quote.

What is needed for a quote

The more complete the project information, the more accurately we can evaluate manufacturing requirements and prepare a quote.

  1. 3D modelis

    STEP, STP

  2. Tehniskais rasējums

    PDF, ja nepieciešamas papildu prasības

  3. Materiāls

  4. Daudzums

  5. Papildu prasības

How collaboration works

  1. You send a drawing or model

A STEP, STP, or PDF file plus basic project information is enough to start.

  2. We review the part and requirements

You receive a clear assessment of how the part can be manufactured to your requirements.

  3. We align on the approach and quote

You receive a quote and agree the manufacturing approach.

  4. The part is manufactured

The part is manufactured according to the agreed approach.

  5. We inspect and prepare for delivery

The part is prepared for handover — you receive a result ready for use.

Repeatable quality for the next batch

ISO 9001

Quality should be repeatable in the next part batch as well. We work with a quality management system aligned to ISO 9001.
