CNC Experts

From drawing to a part ready for use

CNC Experts manufactures parts from your drawing, 3D model, and technical requirements — combining CNC milling, turning, and quality management in one production process.

What CNC Experts is

The customer provides a drawing, 3D model, and technical requirements. CNC Experts evaluates the part and manufacturing conditions to prepare a suitable production approach. The goal is not an abstract “machining service”, but a finished part that meets the project requirements.

Before machining, we consider how to hold the part and plan the machining sequence. The drawing identifies the surfaces, holes and dimensions that matter to its function.

How we approach a project

Every project starts with a specific part and its requirements — not with a universal manufacturing recipe.

  1. 01

    Drawing / model

The project starts with what the customer submits: drawing, 3D model, and basic information.

  2. 02

    Requirements review

We review geometry, material, quantity, and technical instructions before production preparation.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing approach

Depending on the part, we determine a suitable CNC approach — milling, turning, or a combination of both.

  4. 04

    CNC machining

The part is manufactured according to the prepared production plan.

  5. 05

    Quality control

The finished part is assessed against the project requirements.

  6. 06

    Finished part

The customer receives a part made within a documented quality-management framework.

What working with CNC Experts means

What matters is a part that fits the project. Collaboration is useful when requirements, process, and quality stay connected.

To start a review, send a drawing or 3D model, the quantity and the material. Include critical dimensions and your target date if these are already known.

  • Clear requirements

→ help evaluate manufacturing correctly and avoid assumptions.

  • The right process

→ part geometry determines whether milling, turning, or both should lead.

  • Repeatable quality management

→ the ISO 9001 framework supports consistent handling of requirements in production.

  • One set of project information

→ drawing, model, material, and quantity stay linked through the workflow.

ISO 9001

Quality management should support a consistent understanding of requirements throughout manufacturing — from review to the finished part.
