CNC milling and turning in Riga
Parts made to your drawing, from a single prototype to a series. Upload a STEP model and you see an approximate price straight away. Our engineer sends the exact offer, usually within 1–2 working days.
- Made in Riga
- ISO 9001
- Prototypes and series
- Aluminium, steel, plastics
Milling, turning or both
The shape of the part decides the process. We mill housings and plates, turn shafts and flanges, and when a part needs both, we do both in one order.

CNC milling
Housings, plates and 3D parts with pockets, contours and openings, milled on DNM 5700 and DNM 6700 vertical machining centres.
- Pockets and contours
- Drilled and threaded holes
- One-offs or series

CNC turning
Shafts, flanges, rings and other round parts. Diameters, steps and transitions are turned on a LYNX 2100 LY turning centre.
- Diameters and steps
- Rings and flanges
- One-offs or series

We program, machine and measure every part ourselves, in our own workshop in Riga.
What we need to price a part
3D model
STEP or STP. It gives you an approximate price straight away.
Technical drawing
A PDF with tolerances, threads and surface requirements.
Material
For example EN AW-6082. If you have not chosen yet, say so.
Quantity
You can ask for several, for example 10, 50 and 200 pcs.
Additional requirements
Deadline, anodising or another finish, marking.

How an order works
Request
You send a drawing or 3D model. A STEP file shows an approximate price straight away.
Offer
An engineer reviews geometry, material and tolerances and sends the price, usually within 1–2 working days.
Programming and machining
We write the CNC program and machine the parts on a milling or turning centre.
Quality control
Before dispatch we check dimensions and surfaces against the drawing.
Delivery
We pack the parts and ship them.

Dimensions that match the drawing
Before production we check the drawing requirements and agree which dimensions are critical. Finished parts are measured against the drawing.
ISO 9001
- Drawing requirements checked before production
- Critical dimensions agreed up front
- Finished parts measured against the drawing
- ISO 9001 quality management system
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I get a price for a CNC part?
Upload a STEP or STP 3D model and you see an approximate price straight away, before entering contact details. An engineer prepares the exact offer from your drawing, usually within 1–2 working days. For some materials and larger orders the price comes from the engineer only.
Which file formats can I send?
STEP, STP, IGES, Parasolid, SolidWorks, PDF, DXF, DWG, STL, ZIP and images. The instant estimate works from a STEP or STP model; an engineer reviews the other files.
Which materials do you machine?
Aluminium (EN AW-6082, EN AW-7075, EN AW-5083), carbon and alloy steel (S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4, 9SMn28), stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316), brass, bronze, copper and plastics (POM, PA6, PEEK, PTFE).
Do you make prototypes and small batches?
Yes, both prototypes and series parts. You can ask for several quantities in one request, for example 10, 50 and 200 pcs, and compare the price for each.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard tolerances follow ISO 2768-m, fine ones ISO 2768-f. Put tighter tolerances on the drawing and the engineer assesses them in the offer.
Can parts be anodised?
Yes. You can select anodising for each part and it is included in the approximate price. Zinc plating, powder coating and other finishes are priced by the engineer.
