CNC Experts

CNC parts manufactured for your project

CNC Experts manufactures parts from your drawing or 3D model. Two processes — CNC milling and CNC turning — depending on part geometry and requirements.

CNC milling

Relevant when the part needs machining across surfaces, contours, pockets, holes, and other milled features — not only rotational symmetry.

CNC Turning

Relevant for rotationally symmetrical and cylindrical parts — shafts, bushings, flanges, and similar geometries.

Which process fits your part?

This is general guidance, not a strict eligibility checklist. The final assessment is based on the drawing or model.

CNC milling

Typically relevant when the part includes:

  • flat or multi-sided geometry
  • pockets
  • contours
  • milled holes and features
  • non-rotational geometry

CNC turning

Typically relevant when the part is primarily:

  • cylindrical
  • rotationally symmetrical
  • shaft-like
  • sleeve / bushing-like
  • flange / ring-like

If the part needs more than one machining approach, or you are unsure which process fits, send the drawing or 3D model for review.

What is needed for a quote

The more complete the project information, the more accurately manufacturing can be evaluated and a quote prepared.

  1. 3D model

    STEP / STP

  2. Technical drawing

    PDF

  3. Material

  4. Quantity

Quality that should repeat in the next batch

We work with a quality management system aligned to ISO 9001 — so the result can be repeatable for the next part batch as well.

Have a drawing or 3D model?

Send the project for review. A STEP, STP, or PDF file plus basic information is enough to start.
